| Booking Terms: Pre-payment by credit card can only be made on-line and by paying the full amount at the time of booking. However, we are able to accept a $100 deposit in the case of direct debit and cheque bookings made more than a month in advance, with the balance payable not less than two weeks before arrival. On-line bookings cancelled prior to 30 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 30 days will incur a 100% cancellation fee. All cancellation fees may be held in credit for 6 months for use on a mutually agreed date subject to availability. Any cancellations or amendments to your bookings must be made by phoning us. All prices displayed are for 2 persons. Alterations to length of stay like a shortening of booked dates, or a break in dates, will be charged for full period unless 28 days notice is given prior to arrival. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to provide protection against loss due to illness, injury, loss of luggage and cancellation of travel. If your stay has to be cancelled due to a CFS "Catastrophic Fire Danger Rating" in the local area (which is defined as FDI 100+ , meaning that for your survival, leaving is the best option)) we will offer you alternative dates within twelve months, subject to availability or, if you prefer, refund your money less a $20 administration fee. Check in is from 3pm and check out is by 11am unless variations are agreed in advance. |
